PickerPal is designed to retrofit existing pallet rack, allowing facilities to add self-closing fall protection to elevated pallet positions while continuing to use their existing rack structure.

Designed to Work With Existing Pallet Rack

PickerPal can be installed directly onto both roll-formed and structural pallet rack using mounting brackets designed for the application.

The hinge mounts to the face of the rack frame using supplied hardware, with brackets designed to align with existing factory hole patterns. Hinges for closed-back rack applications are also available.

Each PickerPal arrives ready for installation with its brackets attached, helping simplify installation and reduce the modifications needed to incorporate fall protection into an existing pick module.

Lightweight, Durable Construction

Equipment installed in a pick module needs to withstand the demanding environment of an active distribution center.

PickerPal arms are intentionally lightweight while remaining durable. Each hinge and spring is custom-made to match the engineered length and weight of the arm, providing the appropriate closing action without making the system unnecessarily heavy or cumbersome.

The PickerPal Mezzanine Gate uses dedicated steel mounting posts rather than attaching directly to pallet rack. The self-closing arms operate using the same basic principle, providing access for pallet loading while helping maintain a protective barrier for employees working at elevation.
